Q: How do I book an appointment?

A: We are located at 6202 Raytown Rd, Raytown MO 64133. Across the street from the midcontinent library.
Q: How do I start the process of getting a rental suit or tuxedo
A: The process starts with Scheduling a consultation. You can book an appointment by clicking the BOOK APPT button at the top of any page or by clicking the provided link here at https://atelier-sean-m-horton-main-studio-6202.square.site/
Q: How long are the consultations?
A: Consultations are usually 30 mins to an hour.
Q: What happens at the consultation?
A: At your rental consultation we will discuss your design options, take your measurements and choose your style and colors for you suit or tuxedo rental.
Q: Q: How many fittings will there be?
A: There is usually 1 fitting for Rental.
Q: How long does a fitting take?
A: A fitting can take up to 30 mins depending on the garment/garments being fitted.
Q: What do I wear to get my measurements taken and to fittings?
We advise you to wear fitted garments so that we can get as close as possible to the body to ensure the perfect fit for your rental suit or tuxedo.
Q: what colors do you have available for rentals.
A: We have over 100 color options available for your rental needs.
Q: How far ahead do i need to book my rental?
A: You should book your rental at least 4-5 weeks prior to your event date.
Q: How much do rentals cost?
A: Our rentals cost between $249 – $269
Q: Do you allow walk-ins?
A: Currently, we do not allow walk ins. Every customer needs to make an appointment so that we can give each client our undivided attention without interruption.
Q: What sizes do you have for rental?
A:We offer both men’s and boys’ sizes.
- Coats: 3 boys’ to 74 long in men’s
- Pant Waist: 18″-71″
- Shirt Neck: 10″-27″
- Boys’ Shoe Sizes: 7 Toddler to 5 ½ Boys’
- Men’s Shoe Sizes: 6-18 in Medium and Wide widths
Q: Do you have kids rentals?
A: Of course we do! Our boys’ sizes start at a size 3 and go up to a size 18.
Q: How does the Grooms free rental promotion work?
A: Wedding parties with 5 or more paid ensembles are eligible for the Groom’s Free Promotion. All ensembles should include a coat, pant, shirt, tie and vest. The groom will receive a full credit for one complete package rental (coat, pant, shirt, vest, tie, shoes), with a maximum value up to $200. The Accidental Damage Waiver, shipping fees, any retail purchases (socks, suspenders, pocket squares, etc.) and taxes on those retail purchase items are not included. The credit will be issued to the first groom registered for the event when the qualifying number of rentals has been made. The credit will be issued to the credit or debit card the first groom elected to use when placing their order. If the groom is using his credit towards a custom suit or tuxedo then the credit will be credited once the qualifying number of rentals have been made.
Q: what if i have out of town groomsmen?
A: Not to worry. You can solve this problem by downloading the Out-of-Town Groomsmen Measurement Form. Use the form to collect all of the needed measurements for your out of town groomsmen and they can email it back to us once completed.
Once your gentlemen have their measurements taken and the form has been completed, have them send the measurement form back to us via email at contact@smhatelier.com
Measurements should be submitted at least four to six weeks before your formal affair.
Q: What forms of payment do you take?
A. We accept all major Credit cards, Debit cards, Cash, Venmo, Cash-app, Zelle payments and Apple pay.
Q: Will I have to pay a deposit?
A: Yes, you will have to pay a 50% deposit to secure your tuxedo rental.
